I have put Johnny Depp on hold for now,  as the Christmas orders are coming in now, so I am going to be pretty busy for the next few weeks, anyway here is a picture of my latest work.

Something new

Hello people, I have not been here for a while as I have been away, back now (obviously) I thought that I would try something that I have not done before so I am going to have a go at doing some pastels on canvas work,  both soft and oil, I have yet to choose a subject to draw but as soon as I have made my choice and started the project I will be posting the work in progress on here.I welcome any comments about my work, thanks Gary.

Still got quite a lot to do on this one, it will need tweeking here and there before I'm satisfied with the finished work, hope you like what you see so far.

Something I'm working on to get my eye back in as I have not done any portraits for ages, this should help me on my way.This is taken from a 1940's photo of my missus's Nan and Grandad.
